Winners from 21 provinces contested with each other at the national finals to become the national winner. Teams composed of 10th grade high school students tried to best each other.

Presenter of the competition was Gökben Çalışkan from TRT. Opening speech was given by Deputy Undersecretary Ahmet Emre Bilgili from Ministry of National Education. He emphasized on the importance of knowledge at his speech.

21 schools contested with each other in sessions of seven, a total of three sessions. Each session’s winner also competed against each other for the national first place at the final session. Contestants at each session was decided by drawing of lots. Contestants at the first session were Erzurum Oltu Science High School, Kayseri Nuh Mehmet Bal Döktü Anatolian High School, İstanbul Alparslan Anatolian High School, Trabzon Merkez Science High School, Antalya Ünal Aysal Anatolian High School, Bursa İMKB Gürsu Anatolian High School, Konya Karapınar İbrahim Gürbüz Anatolian High School. Schools of the second session were Denizli Sarayköy Anatolian High School, Mersin Mehmet Akif Ersoy Social Sciences High School, İzmir Balçova Anatolian High School, Samsun Anatolian High School, Van Sarı Süleyman Multi-programmed Anatolian High School, Şanlıurfa Viranşehir Science High School, TED Eskişehir College Özel Anatolian High School. For the thrd session Adana Piri Reis Anatolian High School, Edirne Keşan Science High School, Diyarbakır Yenişehir Social Sciences High School, Gaziantep Şehitkamil Private Seçkin Science High School, Sivas Halis Gülle Anatolian High School, Ankara Etimesgut Anatolian High School, Kocaeli Gölcük Science High School were the seven contestants.

At the fourth and the final session, winners from Ankara, Eskişehir and Antalya provinces competed with each other for the national first place. Suspense and excitement were dominant feelings during the competition. After a breath-taking final, the winning teams are lined up as:

Gold, silver and bronze medals were given to the winning students and all of them also won a five days study visit, which will take place in September 2015, to one of the EU member countries.
